Remember the admonition from Part I to bring a full complement of tools and spares? I had to hit the brakes when I came up on this barbed wire that had been stripped from its posts and stretched across the trail, possibly in an effort to injure an unsuspecting motorcyclist. This was malicious vandalism, and it needed to be remedied before someone got hurt. A pair of wire cutters undid the dangerous trap. View Related Article
