It's a rare sight to see a canoe strapped to a Jeep on a hard-core trail, much less to see one during competition. Figuring he'd be boating instead of swimming in the lake, Sam Silveira (SRC) kept the craft on board while he smoothly 'crawled through the Sluice. A lifeboat perhaps?
