TeraFlex was the first to introduce adjustable arms for the TJ Wrangler back in 1997. Rand chose to use the TeraFlex 5-inch PRO-LCG suspension system for the Adventure Prospector. The PRO-LCG system uses beefy, long control arms, coil springs tuned for TJ Wranglers that are used in the backcountry, and reliable components.

The rearend is a Tera CRD60R, also with 4.56 gears and Detroit Locker. The Tera CRD axle-series was the very first that had high-pinion (reverse cut gears) third members with a casting that put the cover on an angle for much better ground clearance. The gas tank is protected by a beefy Tera HD gas-tank skidplate.

The Ramsey Patriot 9500 winch works very well and has a Master-Pull Superline XD rope wound on the drum. KC HiLiTES 6-inch SlimLite fog lights light up the trail and work in inclement weather.
