The Hanson Offroad rear JK bumper is angled to afford more departure angle. It's clean and strong. Kevin Hawkins built our tailgate-mounted spare carrier. We've since concluded (along with Kevin) that this isn't the answer. One steep climb and the spare rips the tailgate out. For now, we'll let the air out of the spare when doing any `wheeling.
