Because this was the 6.2L... Because this was the 6.2L prototype JK, Motech used a GM 2.72:1 low range 241C transfer case with JB Conversions’ SYE. The current JK 241J is now used in these swaps because its input gear is interchangeable with the GM 241C T-case that works with 6L80 transmissions. The Rubicon’s 241OR has a different input gear that won’t support the 6L80. Motech can use the 241OR with the 4L60/65/70 four-speed automatics, though. You don’t need the Rubicon 241OR’s 4.0:1 low range when the transmission has the 6L80’s 4:1 First gear. Advance Adapters Atlas T-cases can also be used. The Motech 6.2L stainless... The Motech 6.2L stainless exhaust system is clean and sounds great. The OE JK Rubicon 44 rearend... The OE JK Rubicon 44 rearend is stock with OE 4.10 gears and Tru-Lok E-locker. That’s a MetalCloak track bar and bracket. Tube fenders from MetalCloak... Tube fenders from MetalCloak are high quality and look like no one else’s. The LS JK’s body is protected well by the tube fenders, corners, and Rocker Rails. MetalCloak’s Frame-Built bumper... MetalCloak’s Frame-Built bumper system is modular and will hold most winches, including the Warn PowerPlant. As you can see, the Warn M8000 fits nicely here. MetalCloak Rocker Rails are... MetalCloak Rocker Rails are angled up for no decrease in ground clearance. All of MetalCloak’s products are regularly tested on the Rubicon as well as other extreme Sierra trails. The tire carrier rear bumper... The tire carrier rear bumper is angled for clearance and utilizes the OE receiver hitch for strength and safety. Note the tire guard skidplate. The tire carrier swings away... The tire carrier swings away for easy access. The carrier is adjustable for tire diameter and wheel backspacing. The LT315/70R17 Goodyear Wrangler... The LT315/70R17 Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires are mounted on 17x8.5 Raceline Monster Beadlock wheels.
