The majority of us have been using ice coolers while camping and traveling, so we know these cold contraptions aren't the most efficient or convenient way to keep food and beverages cold. The ARB fridge freezer is an extremely convenient way to keep your food cold regardless of ambient temperature. When using the fridge, you don't have to endure the inconvenience of making an additional trip to the store for ice on the way out of town, nor do you have to worry about keeping it filled with ice. Simply place the fridge in the car, plug it in, and it's good to go. Not only will the fridge freezer keep your food as cold as you want it with its easy-to-use adjustable temperature setting, it can also freeze your food if necessary.
This is not the cheapo 12-volt cooler you see at the corner auto parts store -- this is a real refrigerator made with high-quality parts. You can use the fridge in your car or home, it comes with a 12/24-volt power adapter for your vehicle and a 120-volt plug for your home. If your home refrigerator were to kick the bucket, you would have a back up, or if it's the holidays, and your fridge is overflowing with festive grub, then you can use the ARB for additional cold storage space.
