Fortified Toyota Knuckles
Owners of 2007-and-newer 4WD FJ Cruisers, 2005-and-newer 4WD Tacoma's, and 2003-and-newer 4WD 4Runners who 'wheel their vehicles aggressively may end up with bent steering knuckles. Here's an ounce of prevention: Total Chaos Fabrication's weld-on knuckle gusset. The gusset can easily be MIG- or TIG-welded to the factory forged-steel knuckles, providing Toyota 4WD owners with steering knuckles capable of withstanding much more trail abuse than their un-fortified counterparts. The Total Chaos gussets are sold as a pair, and are intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms.

JK Tube Fenders
Steel tube fenders for your JK are now available from River Raider Off-Road. These heavy-duty fenders are made from 1.5-inch DOM steel tubing and heavy gauge steel plate. They are reinforced with 3/16-inch-thick steel gussets and include spacers that tie the fenders into the sub-frame for added strength. They come standard with a durable, light textured black GatorHyde finish that can be painted. Each set includes all stainless steel hardware and complete installation instructions. JK Hemi Conversion Headers
4WS.COM has begun production of headers designed specifically for 2007-and-newer Jeep Wranglers with a 5.7L, 6.1L or 6.4L Hemi engine.
The popularity of Hemi engine swaps in new Jeeps facilitated the need for headers that fit the vehicle without modification to the frame or suspension mounts. The headers are mandrel bent 1.75-inch tubes converging in a 3-inch collector. The long tube design increases low end torque compared to short tube style headers or manifolds. The new headers come ceramic coated to reduce under-hood temperatures and increase power.
