TJ Switch Panel
The Jeep Wrangler TJ remains one of the most popular off-road platforms ever, but anyone with a TJ knows that mounting switches for electrical accessories is difficult. Daystar Products now offers a new switch panel that provides a clean and easy way to install one or two switches to the TJ dash. The new Daystar switch panel replaces one of the factory air conditioning vents on the dash. Designed using the latest computer-modeling software, the switch panel simply pops into place once the factory vent is removed. It includes louvers that match the shape of the stock air vents, so there is little airflow restriction and the switch panel appears to be factory once installed. It is pre-scored on the back to accept one or two rocker switches, which are available separately.
Daystar's switch panel can replace either of the two HVAC vents on the center of the dash, both of which are readily accessible to the driver or passenger. This versatility allows the user to configure the switch mount to suit individual needs and uses. Installation is simple and requires only a screwdriver, and the dash can be easily returned to stock if needed.
Daystar also offers high-quality 20-amp single-pole rocker switches that are illuminated in one of four colors: red, amber, green, or blue. Switches are sold separately.

Better Samurai 'Shafts
Sick of breaking Samurai front axle shafts? The all-new RCV 26 Spline Chromoly Front Axle Shafts by Spidertrax put an end to a longstanding problem.
Spidertrax Off-Road started from ground up, designing an all-new axle shaft utilizing the latest axle shaft technologies we have perfected in competition rock crawling and racing. Key advantages of this design are:
* All components are made from 4340 chromoly heat treated material with all heat treatment done after machining, not before.
* Inner axle shafts are larger in diameter, upgraded from 22 spline to 26 spline.
* Inner axle shafts are fully machined or "necked down". This process is more expensive than simply making a shaft one diameter, but the extra cost is well worth it. By properly machining down the axle shaft, you end up unloading the axle shaft splines and are able to distribute the entire load throughout the shaft. Otherwise, the splines would take the brunt of the load and become the weak link.
* Front oil sealing surfaces are kept to OEM specification. This is only possible with an inner axle shaft that is fully machined.
* Patented Birfield cage design adds vital strength during full turn high torque loads.
Birfield and inner axle shafts come fully greased and assembled just like OEM. There is good reason to do this, too, besides the obvious "it makes life easier." When a birfield joint is brand new it is critical that all bearing surfaces are properly greased and greasing a Birfield joint is most effectively done prior to installing the axle shafts. Therefore, all Birfields are greased prior to the installation of the inner axle shafts and then the inner axle shafts are installed and locked in place.
All parts come with a limited lifetime warranty. You break your first part, Spidertrax will replace it for you hassle-free. After your first warranty claim, all parts are covered for life from defects in material and workmanship.
Every part of this kit, from design to manufacturing, is proudly done in the United States.
