On January 29th, 1886, Karl Benz gained the automobile manufacturing patent with an internal-combustion engine pedicab. So this day is usually considered as the birthday of the first car in the world. And then he started his manufacturing firm, In 1926, Benz’s firm mirged with the Daimler Motor Company, whose founder, Gottieb Daimler shared the credit for the first automobile with Karle Benz. The new company was called Daimler-Benz. And with the development of the society, automobile is not only acted as the transportation tool, different kinds of trucks are invented to meet people's requirements. The automobiles constitute three main categories in terms of its purpose, passenger automobile, trucks and vehicle for special purpose. Passenger automobile constitutes saloon car, passenger car, sightseeing bus, etc. Truck is used to carry cargo and goods, and it constitutes three parts,(1)General trucks: according to its carrying weight, it can be constituted of light truck(less than 3.5t), medium truck(more than 4-8t), heavy truck(more than 8t).(2)Special truck: it is the varied type of general truck, such as tank truck.(3) Tipper ordumper truck: It can automatically unload the bulk goods and solid goods, such as coal, sand, etc. Tractor: A tractor is a vehicle specifically designed to deliver a high tractive effort at slow speeds, for the purposes of hauling a trailer or machinery used in agriculture or construction. The most common use of the term is for the vehicles used on farms. The farm tractor is used for pulling or pushing agricultural machinery or trailers, for plowing, tilling, disking, harrowing, planting, and similar tasks. Generally speaking, no passengers will hitching this kind of vehicle; vehicle for special purpose can constitute the vehicles used for construction, such as the concrete mixture, road roller, etc. And the vehicles used for agriculture and public utilities management, racing car, etc. At present, with the price rise of the oil and the steel, as well as the environmental pollution caused by the exhaust gas generated by vehicles, People have realized the crisis, so I am convinced that the unprecedented vehicles with low fuel consumption and low exhaust gas will be produced in the near future. Every comparison of the Malibu I've seen has it losing to the competition, sometimes badly. Same with the Fusion. I've never seen the Cobalt beating a Mazda 3, or anytime a domestics has won an SUV comparison. The only segment that might favor domestics is trucks? I wouldn't know, having never read a single review or comparo of one, and could give 2 shits less about them. The only car that I may give the domestics is the Cadillac CTS, though the award is suspect on the grounds of it's size and lack of standard luxury ameneties that cheaper entry level luxury cars DO have (standard leather, moon roof, sideview signal lights ). So... fire away. This should be interesting. (P.S. Just because YOU think so or YOU say so isn't good enough. Reviews, Editorials, and Comparisons only. Even feature comparisons)

Tired of shops giving me the go-aroung, I am going to tackle this problem by myself and have some questions: Besides sprag replacement, what other goodies should I include in the rebuild? It has 37” BFGoodwrench All Terrains that have less than 5000 miles on them, they’re rated at 40,000 miles. The truck is geared with 4:10 gearing. It has American racing. Chrome rims. It also has an after market billet aluminum grill. It has an after market “step up” rear bumper. I also just had a custom fabricated front bumper put on the truck, winch ready. I just put a new exhaust on the truck with a glass pack muffler. I just replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, and spark plug wires making it more fuel-efficient. The truck has a 15% tint with a sliding rear window. I just recharged the AC a month ago and it has COLD AC and works great. I’m asking $6000 obo. Truck have been under pressure for the last few months, especially the higher tonnage vehicles, such as concrete mixture,Tipper, trailer, tractor, tanketc. The last two months (April and May) saw light commercial vehicles grow by 9%, while the medium and heavy CVs (passenger carriers) fall by 5%. Lack of finance and high interest rates have seen many fleet operators postpone purchases, sources said. They indicated that truckmanufacturers are being forced to cut production or maintain flexibility in the manufacturing line, so that inventory pile-up does not take place. Indications are that truck across the country have been asked to pick up stocks before the price increase takes place. Sources indicate the steel component suppliers, who provide tipper and bus body parts to the truck manufacturers, are being forced to sell at the earlier contracted rates of around Rs 36,000 a tonne, even as they buy steel at Rs 48,000 a tonne, the current market price. “While volumes may be high, the manufacturers are dictating terms on price since the last few months,” said a major steel component supplier. On conditions of anonymity, one of the major suppliers said that if the prices are not revised, they may be forced to shut shop. Steel component suppliers have seen prices surge by about 20-30% in the past two months, as steel companies raised their prices following an increase in iron ore and coal prices. The rates are expected to go up further as Australian iron ore firms have forced Chinese steel mills to revise the earlier contracted price hike of 67%, due to higher shipping freights. NMDC, the state-owned iron ore company, is also expected to hike rates soon. Sources say steel prices are likely to go up to Rs 56,000- Rs 58,000 a tonne soon. So the price of dumper and the tank trucks will also raise.
