Cherokee owners have a variety of options available to them today when it comes to equipping their rigs with bumpers. When faced with equipping our '96 XJ with front and rear bumpers, we decided that we liked the simple design of the Tomken units. They mount close to the body to increase approach and departure angles, and the 1/8-inch steel plate they are built with can take a good amount of banging around without buckling or bending. They also fit well with the stock lines of the Jeep, which, coupled with the black powder-coating, makes them easy on the eyes.
