The Master-Pull winch rope is made of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber that is braided into a 12-strand rope with a proprietary Samthane urethane coating. It's stronger than wire winch line, more flexible, has better wear characteristics, and it floats.

An advantage to the Master-Pull winch rope is that its anti-fraying characteristics are very high, which means it will last longer and not torture you with steel slivers. That being said, most users recommend using a roller fairlead to avoid any possible nicks or cuts in the rope
