The front factory towhooks have the front bumper's mounting bolts pressed into them. The towhook bolts were placed through the front of the bumper to mount it. Then, the cover was placed over the towhooks and bolted in place. Once this was done, the bumper was able to be raised to the front of the Jeep's frame and bolted in place. View Related Article
