This creates more than 1 inch of increase in tire size considering that the 265/70R16 BFG T/A offers a 30.7-inch overall diameter. We'll also benefit from a much more aggressive and heavy-duty tread. |  The new BFGs were mounted...  The new BFGs were mounted on the stock Grand Cherokee wheels and then balanced. |  The tire-and-wheel combo was...  The tire-and-wheel combo was then bolted up to the Grand Cherokee. |  With ample clearance for hitting...  With ample clearance for hitting the bumps without slamming the fenders, the Old Man Emu suspension and BFG tires recreated this Grand Cherokee, giving it increased stability, decreased steering effort, and an incredible on- or off-road ride. | | |
