Let's take a closer look at the differences between our former stock BFG Rugged Trail T/A tires and the new BFG T/AKO tires. The width of the two tires is virtually the same, with the new tire being a bit taller. The BFG T/AKO has much more aggressive sidewall protection, much deeper traction lugs, and a tread pattern that really thrives in all-terrain conditions. In the past 2,000 miles we've put on the new tires, they have seen dirt, rock, mud, pavement, and rain. Even with the stock wheels, when we aired down the tires to 10 psi we experienced no bead slippage problems and felt confident in the vehicle's off-highway traction. View Related Article
