Stak 4X4 Monster Box Transfer Case Install Transmission Crossmember Removed
To begin with, Scott from Extreme Gear Off Road removed the transmission crossmember to allow easy access for the transfer case installation.		 Stak 4X4 Monster Box Transfer Case Install Spacer Installed

Scott used thread-locking compound on the threads for the spacer bolts and for the mounting studs. This will keep them from loosening up on the trail in the future.

Prior to mating the transmission and transfer case, a fine bead of silicone was applied to the mating surface of the transmission. This will ensure a tight seal when the transfer case is mounted.		 Stak 4X4 Monster Box Transfer Case Install Alignment
With the transfer case situated, Scott turned the output shaft to align the splines with the transmission output shaft. When they are aligned, the unit slides right into place.		 Stak 4X4 Monster Box Transfer Case Install Placement
Once the transfer case was in its proper place, Scott installed and tightened the nuts.

The transmission cover was removed so the twin sticks and linkage could be installed.
