Jeep Wrangler Pavement Ends Flip Top Soft Top Install Top Rail

The supplied corner belt rails were also installed.
Jeep Wrangler Pavement Ends Flip Top Soft Top Install Windshield Brackets
Windshield brackets bolt-in between the windshield and the sportbar on both sides of the windshield. The brackets have receiver tubes for attaching the horizontal rods in the bow assembly.		 Jeep Wrangler Pavement Ends Flip Top Soft Top Install Top Bow
The top bow assembly was then installed in the tracks in the belt rails and slid forward until locked in place. The horizontal rods were extended forward from the top bow and inserted in the windshield brackets.		 Jeep Wrangler Pavement Ends Flip Top Soft Top Install Horizontal Rod
The horizontal rod is shown secured in the windshield bracket.
Jeep Wrangler Pavement Ends Flip Top Soft Top Install Vertical Rod
The vertical rod was installed in the appropriate mounting hole in the side belt rail and secured to the horizontal rod. With the two rods in place, they frame the top around the doors.		 Jeep Wrangler Pavement Ends Flip Top Soft Top Install Windshield Header Bracket
The windshield header bracket was then installed on the bow assembly and flipped forward so we could align it on the upper edge of the window frame.		 Jeep Wrangler Pavement Ends Flip Top Soft Top Install Windshield Header Latches
Once the proper location for the windshield header latches was determined, we marked and drilled holes in the windshield frame for their installation.
