You can now fit your '07 Wrangler JK with an authentic Mopar Trail Guide navigation system made specifically for Jeeps. The versatile Garmin-designed Trail Guide easily slides in and out of a mounted cradle for on-the-go navigation in or out of the vehicle. The smart-looking custom cradle is a stationary docking station which mounts to the top of the JK's dashboard above the radio.

The Trail Guide requires a wiring-harness connection to the power plug at the bottom of the dashpanel. The dash on the JK easily snaps apart with push tabs; only four screws need to be removed after that.
The Trail Guide is plug-and-play: When it's in the cradle it is charging; if it's not in use, you pull it out of its dock, slide it in its storage slot, and shut the cover. If you ever need to use the nav unit outside the Jeep, it's completely waterproof, making it an excellent tool in your search for the GeoStash marker or while hiking, hunting, or biking. Mapping is easy to read on the high-resolution, color TFT display.
The Trail Guide is loaded with detailed maps of the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Automatic routing, turn-by-turn directions, and voice prompts are featured as well as automatic off-route and detour recalculations. In addition, Wrangler owners searching for a place to eat or catch some rest between activities can navigate to any of the Trail Guide's more than 6 million points of interest, including gas stations, hotels, restaurants, scenic routes, and attractions. It also provides 140 MB of supplemental map storage for downloading additional MapSource cartography, such as U.S. Recreational Lakes, Fishing Hot Spots, and Blue Chart.
