TeraFlex Jeep Rear Disc Brakes - More Efficient Braking Power
The installation of the TeraFlex disc-brake conversion was then complete. We had slight issues fitting the stock wheels back in place over the new calipers, but this was primarily due to the fact that the inside edges of both rear wheels had a good bit of rust and corrosion buildup that was holding up proper rotation. We remedied the situation by sanding the inside of the wheels until smooth and also sanding some of the caliper until the necessary clearance was achieved. This shouldn't be a problem for vehicles with wheels in good or new condition. As a final step, we bled the brake system and took a test-drive to ensure that all was functioning properly.
