With the bolts securely tightened, each of the sensors was plugged into the appropriate wire lead. The throttle and transmission cables were also attached to their respective locations. The RE 62mm throttle body also offers a secondary position for throttle-cable attachment that is said to produce increased off-idle throttle resolution. It's also noted that use of this throttle position is designed for off-road use only. In effect, it simply opens the butterfly a bit faster to improve acceleration.
