Fuel Filter Door
These fuel filler doors look great and add a finished touch to your JK. They are available with a satin-black, brushed, or chrome finish. The doors are extremely easy to install: Anyone with minimal mechanical skills should be able to complete the task. | 
The fuel filler door kit from Mopar comes complete with everything needed for installation. | 
The installation of the Mopar fuel door is simpler than it looks. The fuel filler enclosure simply pulls off the filler neck. Remove the taillight and reach behind the filler neck enclosure and you will find four tabs snapped over the sheetmetal. Push these down and pull on the enclosure. This will also pull off the filler neck's rubber grommet. Place the grommet on the new enclosure, lube it with something like silicone electrical lubricant, and push both in place. The door screws on with four supplied stainless steel screws. |
