2007 Jeep Wrangler JK - Easy Bolt Ons For Your Wrangler JK
The installation of the Mopar fuel door is simpler than it looks. The fuel filler enclosure simply pulls off the filler neck. Remove the taillight and reach behind the filler neck enclosure and you will find four tabs snapped over the sheetmetal. Push these down and pull on the enclosure. This will also pull off the filler neck's rubber grommet. Place the grommet on the new enclosure, lube it with something like silicone electrical lubricant, and push both in place. The door screws on with four supplied stainless steel screws.
