1994 Suzuki Samurai - Project Sierra
Our Sierra had some tranny issues, so we replaced it with this Petroworks rebuilt unit. Petroworks uses all-new OEM parts, as the company has found that some aftermarket synchros don't work. Petroworks also resleeves the input-shaft front bearing retainer cover, where the throwout bearing rides on the case, with a smoother machined sleeve to allow smoother clutch engagement and longer life.
