The Hanson Off Road rear bumper is good-looking, strong, and supplies plenty of ground clearance. The receiver hitch is 6 inches higher than OE. Shown here is the Hanson tire-carrier bracketry that's not available anymore. We're going to be building our own tire-carrier bracket to bolt on the door that will hold the tire tight and close to the body. The JK's door is very strong and can handle the weight of a larger spare. The only drawback is if you catch the spare on something when climbing a steep obstacle, the door could be tweaked. View Related Article
