Here's the Phoenix sans engine, freshly relieved of its fenderwells. The plan was to build an engine cage and attach the fenders to the cage. Eventually, a busybody called the city to complain about the non-running vehicle and I had to hide the Phoenix or pay a fine. View Related Article
